RULES AND REGULATIONS

Ø Age proof is mandatory NOTE:- If any overage players found in any events will be disqualified from the event.

Ø CASH PRIZE UPTO 1 LAKH

Ø Reporting Time: - 20th August 2022 – 7:00am

Ø Referee decision is final

Ø GRADE UMPIRES & LINE JUDGES APPOINTED TO CONDUCT THE MATCHES TO AVOID WRONG LINE CALLS.

Ø Last date for registration 18^th August 2022, till 6:00pm

Ø Players are requested to report 30 minutes prior to the reporting time

Ø Lunch will be provided for participants, parents & coaches.

Ø 15 points best of 3 knockouts till finals

Ø Finals will be played for 21 points best of 3

Ø Only two People will be allowed with player inside the field of play.

Ø All Courts Matches will be displayed outside the playing arena (LIVE)

Ø Wear masks & maintain social distancing at venue, All parents, 18+ Participants & Spectators are requested to share vaccinated certificate to 8722486489 – Manoj or 8748909037 - Madhu 

Ø Yonex – AS 2 Shuttles will be used for the event

Ø Draws will be disclosed on 19th August 2022 at 4:00pm

Ø Qualified umpires will be appointed to officiate the matches.

Ø Participants can register through Tournamentsoftware.com or playmatches.com or contact organizer for registration

Ø Minimum entries from each category – 12 (If less entries Organizer will take final call on this, We will conduct the event if we receive 8 entries but there is no cash prize will be applicable)

Ø Matches results will be updated on playmatches.com (Will share the link once we announce the fixtures)

Ø CASH PRIZE WILL BE REDUCED BASED ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES

NOTE: NO CASH PRIZE IF THE ENTRIES ARE LESS THEN 12 IN EACH CATEGORY

SINGLES Winners: 3000 Cash Prize + Trophy + Certificate

SINGLES Runners-up: 1500 Cash Prize Trophies + Certificate

DOUBLES Winners: 4000 Cash Prize + Trophy + Certificate

DOUBLES Runners-up: 2000 Cash Prize + Trophy + Certificate

Semifinalists:  medal + Certificate
