  • There will be NO SPOT REGISTRATIONS.
  • Fixtures will be software generated and announced after Aug 7th(cutoff) via Email or WhatsApp group for registered participants. 
  • You may bring your own cue stick



1. Registration & Confirmed payment By Aug 7th is mandatory. 


2. Each participant is allowed to take part in one category only. 


3. Withdrawal will be allowed on or before Aug 7th by sending an email to sports_ch@aprcp3.in, no refunds will be entertained post that. 


4. In case of any conflicts the Sports Committee's decision will be final.


5. If there is no minimum quorum in any particular category it will be cancelled merged with immediate higher category (if applicable)


6. To register in another category you will have to fill up this form again.
