1. Mavis 350 shuttle will be used.

2. Advance/professional players will be disqualified.

3. No partner change allowed on the spot.

4. Umpire decision is final.

5. Only shuttle will be provided—bring your own equipment.

6. Refreshments will be provided.

7. All players must report on time.

8. Teams arriving late will be disqualified—no refund.

9. Registration is confirmed after payment.

10. No spot entries allowed.

11. Minimum 16 entries required for cash prize.
