🏸 Tournament Guidelines & Information

Please review the important details and rules below:

1. Event Merging

If an event has fewer than 8 entries, it will be merged with the next lower age category.

2. Shuttles Used

Yonex Mavis-350 shuttles will be used throughout the tournament.

3. Match Format

League Stage: 1 set to 21 points

Knockouts: 1 set to 30 points

Finals: Best of 3 sets, 15 points each

4. Cash Prize Eligibility

A minimum of 8 entries is required in an event to qualify for cash prizes.

5. Registration Deadline

Last date to register: On or before 12th July, 6:00 PM

6. Reporting Time

Players must report 15 minutes prior to their scheduled reporting time.

7. Participation Limit

Each player may participate in a maximum of 3 events.

8. Entry & Registration

All entries must be submitted online via Razorpay

Offline or spot entries will not be accepted

9. Minimum Age – Combined 75+ Doubles

10. Age Categories & Cut-Off Dates

35+: Born on or before 20th July 1990

11. Decision Authority

The decision of the Referee/Organizers will be final and binding.

✅ Open to corporate professionals (Valid ID proof required)

✅ Self-employed/business owners must provide incorporation documents

✅ Age proof required for 30+ categories

❌ No full-time coaches or professional players allowed

⏰ Players must arrive at least 15 minutes before match time (Late arrival = Walkover)
