Rules & Regulations

• All the matches will be in the knockout format.
• All the matches will be of 21 points and have 3 sets.
• In case of any misconduct on the court by the players, the organizers and the referee hold the right to give a penalty/disqualify the team or any player.
• Money will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• The tournament will be completed in the stipulated time.
• Players must wear non-marking shoes. Players can rent shoes from the sports club on an hourly basis [subject to availability].
• All matches will be played with feather shuttles only.

Fixtures & Photos

• Fixtures along with the match timing will be sent to your registered E-Mail ID, one day before the event day.
• Players must report 15 minutes before the match timings and/or when called for, otherwise it will lead to disqualification.
• Photos will be uploaded on CapLife social accounts.

NOTE:

1. Cash prize may vary depending on the number of registrations received [Minimum 32].
2. Any changes with respect to the tournament, will be updated personally a day before the event day.
3. Participants and viewers are requested to take care of their own belongings. Organizers and the centre will not be responsible for any loss.
4. Any property damage will not be entertained and the person responsible may be liable to extra charges.

• If state ranking tournament is scheduled on the same dates, Tournament dates will be moved to the next week. In case of larger gap in dates, it will be notified to the registered players.
