Tournament Date: 17^th , 18^th & 19^th December 2021

RULES AND REGULATIONS :-

Ø Age proof is mandatory

Ø Reporting Time: - 17^th , 18^th & 19^st December 2021 – 7:00am

Ø Referee decision is final

Ø GRADE UMPIRES & LINE JUDGES APPOINTED TO CONDUCT THE MATCHES TO AVOID WRONG LINE CALLS.

Ø Last date for registration 13^th Dec 2021, till 6:00pm

Ø Players are requested to report 30 minutes prior to the reporting time

Ø Lunch & Snacks will be provided for participants, parents & coaches.

Ø Snacks and fruits available at extra charge.

Ø Accommodation will be provided at extra charge

Ø Maximum 32 entries will be taken for each category

Ø 15 points best of 3 knockouts till finals

Ø Finals will be played for 21 points best of 3

Ø Only two People will be allowed with player inside the field of play.

Ø Any 3 Courts Matches will be displayed outside the playing arena (LIVE)

Ø Wear masks & maintain social distancing at venue, All parents, 18+ Participants & Spectators are requested to share vaccinated certificate to 8722486489 – Manoj or 8748909037 - Madhu 

Ø Yonex – AS 2 Shuttles will be used for the event

Ø Draws will be disclosed on 16^th Dec 2021 at 10:00am

Ø Qualified umpires will be appointed to officiate the matches.

Ø Participants can register through playmatches.com or contact organizer for registration

Ø Matches results will be updated on Playmatches.com (Will share the link once we announce the fixtures)

Runners-up :- Cash Prize + Trophy + Certificate

Semifinalists :- Trophies + Certificate

Participants :- Participant medal + Certificate

Attractive Trophy - Best player from each category

Covid-19 Safety precautions

The courts, center premises, seating area, wash rooms will be thoroughly sanitized prior to the start of the tournament.

- The door knobs & other high frequent touch points will be sanitized periodically.

- Matches will be scheduled staggered to avoid crowding.

- All participants & other entering the center will be temperature screened.
