Entry Fee- Rs. 600 for Singles & Rs. 1200 for Doubles

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Ø  Age proof is mandatory

Ø Referee decision is final

Ø If there is less than 8 entries in each category, the same category will be cancelled. (Note:- We will confirm with regards to this on 26th August 2021, Thursday Before 6:30pm)

Ø The last date to register is 26th Aug 2021, Thursday on or before 7:00a.m.

Ø Players are requested to report 30 minutes prior to the reporting time

Ø Lunch & Snacks will be provided for participants and parents

Ø Maximum 32 entries will be taken for each category

Ø 15 points best of 3 sets knockout till finals

Ø Finals will be played for 21 points best of 3

Ø Wear masks & maintain social distancing at venue

Ø All parents, 18+ Participants & Spectators are requested to share Covid-19 vaccinated certificate to 8722486489 – Manoj or 8748909037 - Madhu  

Ø Yonex – AS 2 Shuttles will be used for all the matches

Ø Participants can register through playmatches or contact organizer for registration

Ø Certificates will be given to all participant

Ø Only One Parent or Coach will be allowed inside the field of play

Winners :- Yonex kit bag + trophies + Certificate

Runners-up :- Trophies + Certificate

Semifinalists :- Medal + Certificate

Covid-19 Safety precautions

The courts, center premises, seating area, wash rooms will be thoroughly sanitized prior to the start of the tournament.

- The door knobs & other high frequent touch points will be sanitized periodically.

- Matches will be scheduled staggered to avoid crowding.

- All participants & other entering the center will be temperature screened.

- Hand sanitizers & hand wash liquids will be available as usual.

- Players are advised to exercise their personal safety precautions, observe their symptoms, carry their own water and sweat wipes.
