Rules & Regulations

Categories:

Men’s Singles (MS), Women’s Singles (WS), Men’s Doubles (MD), Women’s Doubles (WD), Mixed Doubles (XD)

Minimum 16 entries per category for the tournament category to be conducted or will be cancelled based on not min entries achieved

Format:

till 48 entries → Round robin; top 2 proceed to final

48 entries above → Single elimination

Intervals:

60 seconds at 11 points in a game

120 seconds between games

Shuttles:

Matches played with Yonex Mavis 350 (provided by organizers)

Warm-up:

Maximum 5 minutes before match start

Walkover Rule:

5–10 min grace after match call; late arrival → loss by walkover

Refreshments given to all participants

Code of Conduct:

Players make calls on their side; replay point if unresolved

Unsportsmanlike behavior → verbal warning → point penalty → disqualification

Check-in:

Players must check in 15 minutes before their first match

Schedule & Courts:

Court allocations posted at venue & WhatsApp announcements

Be ready to play earlier if courts are free
