- Categories: Under 11, Under 13, Under 15

(No separate competition for boys & girls. Both boys & girls compete in the age category)

- Participation Fee: Rs. 650/-

Age Criteria:

Under 11 - Born after 01 Aug 2014

Under 13 - Born after 01 Aug 2012

Under 15 - Born after 01 Aug 2010

Prizes & Rewards :

- Trophies for all winners and runners-up in all categories

-Attractive goodie bags for the winners and runners-up.

-Certificate for all participants

Tournament Information :

- Maximum participation: 32 players(teams) for each category

-Minimum 8 participants are required for a category. In case of less than 8 registrations, the category can be merged with appropriate lower or higher age category.

- Format: Round Robin League cum Knockout. League within 4 or 8 groups of 4/5 players(basis the number of entries) and each group's top player/team will proceed to the Knock-Out Stage. League matches are played for the best of three sets of 11 points and knock-out matches are played for the best of five sets of an 11-point set.

- Trophies for all winners and runners-up in all categories

-Certificate for all participants

- The tournament starts from 12 PM onwards (tentatively)

- Standard Table Tennis rules are followed.

- Stag Seam Plastic TT balls will be used.

- Fixtures & Schedules will be shared by 8 PM Sat 16 Aug 2025.

- The fixture & schedule once published cannot be changed

- Referees and the organizer's decision will be binding.

Other Important Information :

- Cancellations are allowed only till 06PM on Wed 13 Aug 2025. Any cancelation requests post the above time are strictly not allowed. Upon a cancelation of registration, a cancelation fee of 5% is deducted and the balance amount is refunded.

-Organizers deserves the right to modify the dates/format for reasons beyond its control and will be duly communicated.
