11:30 AM - OPEN MS, 40+MS,

1:00 PM - 30+ WS, 45+ MS, Combined Doubles.

3:00 PM - 40+ MD, 75+ XD,

Tournament Rules & Regulations

1. Event Merging

If any event has fewer than 8 entries, it will be merged with the next lower age category.

2. Shuttles Used

Premium feather shuttles will be used throughout the tournament.

3. Match Format

• League Stage: 1 set of 21 points
• Knockouts (until Semi-Finals): 1 set of 30 points
• Finals: Best of 3 sets, 21 points per set

4. Cash Prize Eligibility

A minimum of 8 entries is required in an event to qualify for cash prizes.

5. Trophies

• Both winners and the runner-up will be awarded trophies.
• Medals for semi-finalists.

6. Registration Deadline

Last date to register: On or before 13th September, 6:00 PM

7. Reporting Time

Players must report 15 minutes before their scheduled reporting time.

8. Participation Limit

Each player may participate in a maximum of 3 events.

9. Entry & Registration

• All entries must be submitted through Playmatches.
• Offline entries will not be accepted.
• Please enter your club name during registration to help avoid placing players from the same club in the same group.

10. Minimum Age – Combined 75+ Event

• For the Jumbled Doubles, one player's age must be 35 years or above.
• The minimum age to participate in the Combined 75+ Doubles event is 35 years.
• The minimum age to participate in the Combined 100+ Doubles event is 45 years.

11. Age Categories & Cut-Off Dates

• 30+: Born on or before September 13, 1995
• 35+: Born on or before September 13, 1990
• 40+: Born on or before September 13, 1985
• 45+: Born on or before September 13, 1980
• 50+: Born on or before September 13, 1975
• 60+: Born on or before September 13, 1965
• 70+: Born on or before September 13, 1955

12. Cash Prizes

Singles

• Above 60 entries: Winner – ₹10,000 | Runner-up – ₹6,000
• Above 32 entries: Winner – ₹6,000 | Runner-up – ₹4,000
• Above 16 entries: Winner – ₹3,000 | Runner-up – ₹2,000
• Above 8 entries: Winner – ₹2,000 | Runner-up – ₹1,500

Doubles

• Above 60 entries: Winners – ₹16,000 | Runners-up – ₹12,000
• Above 32 entries: Winners – ₹10,000 | Runners-up – ₹6,000
• Above 16 entries: Winners – ₹5,000 | Runners-up – ₹3,000
• Above 8 entries: Winners – ₹3,500 | Runners-up – ₹2,500

13. Decision Authority

The decision of the Referee/Organisers will be final and binding.
