Rules to be followed:
1.Winner & Runner of any open tournament players are not allowed to participate.
2.Coach's & state/National players are not allowed to participate.
3.Mavis 350 shuttles will be used.
4.Report 20min before the allocated time
5.Regarding line calls,empire decision is final.
6.All matches will be conducted under league + knockout format
7.All league matches will be played for 21pts (go
lden point) ,all knockout matches will be played for 30pts till finals.
