Tournament Details

Kindly read the below information before making the Payment

School Signature on DOB is compulsory to Participate in this Tournament

Tournament will be on 17th November to 24th November, 2025

After the Payment we will call you and ask to upload the Payment and School Documents. So please keep the scanned copy of the School letter and screenshot of the Payment ready.

Please note - Team Event is different Tournament and Individual Event is different Tournament

Individual Event - Singles and Doubles ( Players can register on their own with school letter or School can send the player list with team event list)

Note -

Doubles Partner must be from the same School

The Tournament is open to students up to X Standard studying in schools recognized by the concerned authorities (SSLC, CBSE, ICSE etc.)

AGE GROUP OF ENTRIES:

INDIVIDUAL EVENTS: Singles

and Doubles for Boys & Girls in each of the

following four age groups :

Below 10 years (Mini) - Born on or after 01-01-2016

Below 12 years (Sub-Junior) - Born on or after 01-01-2014

Below 14 years (Juniors) - Born on or after 01-01-2012

Below 16 years (Seniors) - Born on or after 01-01-2010

NUMBER OF ENTRIES AND ENTRY FEES:

INDIVIDUAL EVENTS ( Singles and Doubles): Individuals can participate in not more than 3 events, Out of the 3 events, individuals have to participate at least

in one event compulsorily in the age group they belong to and the remaining two can be in the higher age group or combination of their age group and the higher age group. A higher age group means the age group immediately succeeding the age group the individual belongs to.

For Example - 2 singles and 1 doubles or 2 doubles and 1 singles or 3 singles or 3 doubles.

Team event is considered as a Different tournament

DRESS CODE : WHITE OR COLOURED T. SHIRT & SHORTS/ SKIRT, BADMINTON SHOES (Non marking)

THE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY IF ACCOMPANIED WITH THE ENTRY FEE

No entry will be accepted without the certification of the date of birth by the school or Proper ID Proof of the Child attached in the Online form duly attested by the authorized signatory of the respective school or send the same by courier.

NOTE

1) THE DATE OF BIRTH OF THE CONTESTANTS AS GIVEN IN THE SCHOOL RECORDS MAY PLEASE BE INDICATED AGAINST THE NAMES.

2) IF THE SCHOOL HAS BRANCHES THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COMBINE AND PLAY FOR ONE BRANCH.
