RULES & REGULATIONS
Registrations for Individual events will be closed on 29th March 2023. No entries will be accepted thereupon.
✔ Individual match fixtures can be seen only on tournamentsoftware.com
✔In any category the individual event will be conducted if there are a minimum of 8 Entries
✔All participants must be above the age of 18.
✔As proof of employment, Participants should either produce an Identity card or authentication from the Employers.
✔Feather Shuttles will be used
✔Organizers decision will be final
Individual Event - Instructions
Tournament Date: 1st & 2nd April 2023 from 8 AM onwards.
Individual Event Format
✔The Tournament will be conducted in a Knockout format
✔Points scoring system: All matches will be decided by 1 game of 30 points till the Semi-Finals. Any change in scoring formats will be intimated by the chief referee in advance.
General Instructions
✔Player's attire should consist of T-Shirts and Shorts/ Track pants.
✔Players should strictly wear Badminton Non-Marking Shoes.
✔On the question of fact or Interpretation of Laws and Regulations, the Chief Referee’s decision will be final
✔As proof of employment, Participants should either produce an Identity card or authentication from the Employers.
✔Entry Fees are to be paid only through our website before the last date of registration
✔All participants on arrival at the venue should report at the front desk.
✔All participants are requested to report 30 minutes before the start of their match. There will be a Walkover declared if the participant does not report within 15 minutes of the scheduled commencement of the Match
✔Last date for withdrawal is 29th March 2023 before 5PM

Individual Events
Singles Entry Fees - Rs1000
Doubles Entry Fees - Rs 1500
Singles Winner Cash Prize - Rs 3000
Singles Runner Cash Prize - Rs 1500
Doubles Winner Cash Prize - Rs 4000
Doubles Runner Cash Prize - Rs2000
- Team event both Championship cup and Challenger Cup winners and runners will be given Trophies and certificates
- Individual event Winners and runners will get a cash prize, trophy and certificates.
