- The tournament will be conducted as per FIDA Laws and Swiss.
- The organizers have the right to reject any entry without assigning any reasons there of no requests towards waiver of entry fee will be entertained.
- Spot entries are not entertained.
- Personal chess and clock sets are not allowed.
- Chess and Clock sets will be provided to all.
- Arbiters decision will be final.
- Parents are not allowed inside the tournment hall.
- School ID Card,Aadhar Card, or Birth Certificate are compulsary.
