Reporting Time: Any late comers have to play back to back. Also once leagues are concluded then we won't entertain.

30+ WS - 09AM onwards ...

40+ WS - 10AM onwards ...

30+ MS - 12PM onwards ...

40+ MS - 09AM onwards ...

50+ MS - 12PM onwards ...

60+ MS - 10AM onwards ...

70+ MS - 11AM onwards ...

Event Details:

  - Yonex AS2 Feather Shuttles will be used

  - League matches 21 points without extension.

  - Knockout matches 30 points single set.

  - Finals will be 21 points of 3 sets raising up to 30.

  - Minimum 8 entries needed to conduct MS30/MS40/MS50

  - Minimum 6 entries needed to conduct WS30/WS40/MS60/MS70

  - Trophies for winners and Runners

  - Age as on 31.12.2025

  - No refund of entry fee

  - Matches as per time schedule, respect time

  - If the pool has 4 members top 2 will qualify and if pool has 3 member top player will qualify for knockouts.

  - However if the pool has 3 members and only 2 pools then top 2 players will qualify for knockouts.

  - From the pools knockouts would be "Pool A vs Pool B" & "Pool C vs Pool D" so on ... same flow till finals.

Note : In case of tie in pool

The difference between the total points won and total points lost in all games played by each tied team/player is calculated. The team/player with the greater point difference is ranked higher. Then the winner of H2H match.
