Age Criteria:
Under 11 - Born after 01 Aug 2014
Under 13 - Born after 01 Aug 2012
Under 15 - Born after 01 Aug 2010
Under 17 - Born after 01 Aug 2008
Under 19 - Born after 01 Aug 2006
The players can participate in more than one age category within the age criteria.
-Minimum 8 participants are required for a category. In case of less than 8 registrations, the category can be merged with appropriate lower or higher age category.
Participation Fee:
Rs. 600/- for Singles, Rs. 600/- for Doubles
Format of the tournament:
All matches are knock out matches.
Matches until quarter finals are played for best of three 11-point sets. Semin-finals and finals are played for best of three 21-point sets.
Lining Champ Feather Shuttles are used to play for all age categories i.e. U11, U13, U15, U17 & U19 Doubles
Yonex Mavis 350 will be used to play for Women’s Singles & Doubles
Prizes and Rewards:
Attractive Trophies & goodies & PRIZES for the top 2 finishers of each category
Paticipating certificates will be issued to all players

U19D, WD: 12.00PM
WS: 01.30PM
The courts are premium wooden floor with synthetic mats
Fixtures & Schedules will be shared by 10.00 PM on Sat 30 Aug 2025 over the registered email only. Fixture & schedule once published cannot be changed at the player's request.
SWYNG deserves the right to modify the dates/format for reasons beyond their control and this will be duly communicated. SWYNG also reserves the right to modify/scrap a category/reward depending on the participation count.
Cancelation of registrations is allowed only till 10PM 28 Aug 2025 with cancelation charges of 10% of the registration amount.
Spot Registrations if accepted will be charged Rs. 100 in additional to the category registration amount
