Reserve day : April 21, 2024 ( depending on entries)

Women's Singles and Doubles

Winner - 1500. Runners - 750

Minimum 8 entries for cash prize.

**Cash awards will be transferred to the respective player's bank account within 48 hours of the event completion. 

Lunch will be provided to all the participants.

Extras :

Lunch extra - INR 150/- per person

Jersey extra - INR 500/- per unit

*Jersey orders post the early bird cut-off dates will be couriered to players address post event. (No refunds and replacements)

Terms and Conditions:

1. After withdrawal end date, no carry forward of registration to next event under any circumstances. Check point number 17 for the refund policy.

2. Players can be from the same or different organizations for doubles categories

3. Every player needs to be a working professional and has to produce proof of employment prior to the event (company id/offer letter - any two). Self employed/business owners need to furnish incorporation documents and valid ID proof

4. For 30+/ 35+ categories, players need to produce valid age proofs (Voter id/Aadhar/DL)

5. Match officials have the final say on all decisions on the court. Any argument with match officials will result in a 5-point penalty and repeated offences will result in match forfeit and termination from the event. No line umpires for all games

6. All payments to be online. No spot entries, No cash accepted. No entries accepted after cutoff date

7. Minimum 6 entries required to conduct a category (Less than 6 entries mean two age categories will be combined)

8. Cash Awards on a minimum of 16 teams in a category

9. Who cannot participate-

a) Full time professional players still playing the circuit. Ex-players, current Master players working in a corporate are allowed

b) Players who are employed full time/ part time as a coach

10. Players from any part of the world are allowed to participate as long as they fulfil all the criteria of being a corporate professional. They may be Ex State, National or International player

11. Players must arrive 30 mins prior to their category start time. If a player arrives 15 minutes later than the category start time, he/she will forfeit the game and the opponent will be awarded the maximum points available for the match

12. Fixtures and schedule will be shared a day before the event on whatsapp

13. Player images will be used for branding, promotion, marketing purposes and on social media

14. Organizers are not responsible for loss of baggage or any other valuables at venue

15. Organizers are not responsible for the quality issues in product/services provided by our partners/sponsors

16. Event date/venue maybe changed if necessary and will be communicated in advance

17. Refund policy (applicable for individual events only): 100% refund for withdrawal up to 21 days before the event. 50% refund until 10 days prior to the event
