Tournament Details

Tournament rules, regulations and format:

• This is a league cum knockout event.
• Point Format : 21 points one game in league stage, 30 points one game till semifinals. Finals will be 21 points best of three sets
• The below DOB criteria will be followed for the pools.

Under 20 pool : After April, 2001

20 to 30 pool : Between April 1991 to April, 2001

Above 30 pool : Born before April 1991

• Players should submit their age proofs after registering either by mail or WhatsApp .

• Players also need to carry their identity cards ( Aadhar/ Passport) to the venue on event day failing which their participation would be revoked with no refund.
• Players opting for open pool need not submit age proofs.
• Maximum of 12 players in each pool.
• Last day for registration is 31-03-2021.
• No spot entry given to any participant on the day of event.
• Victor Nylon shuttles will be used for the event.
• Winners and Runners of each pool will progress to Knockouts.

Awards :

Singles:

Winner - 3000 cash prize + trophy

Runner Up - 1500 cash prize + trophy

Doubles:

Winner - 4000 cash prize + trophy

Runners Up - 2000 cash prize + trophy

All semifinalists will get medals.

Pls Note : Minimum of 16 entries in each category required for the above cash awards,

In case of lesser entries cash awards will be as below

12-15 entries - 80% of the announced cash award.

8-12 entries - 60% of the announced cash award.

Less than 8 entries - No cash awards.

Terms and Conditions:

• Entry fees are non refundable.
• Draws will be published one day before the event.
• Covid precautions will be taken at the venue. All players and parents will be temperature screened at the venue.
• Organizer has the right to refuse entry to a player in case of any covid symptoms.
• All participants are required to report 30 mins prior to the start of their category.
• On the court the referee decision is always final. Any arguments with umpire/ line judges will lead to points docking and ultimately disqualification.
• Shuttleboi and our partners are not responsible for any injury/ health related issues suffered by a player/ parent during the course of event.
• Shuttleboi and our partners are not responsible any loss of player baggage @ venue.
• We promote litter free environment. Please ensure you do not throw any food wrappers, beverage cans etc on the court premises, but put them in the garbage bins @ venue.
• Player pics/videos may be used for brand marketing, promotion purposes.
• Organizer has the right to postpone, cancel the event, or change the event categories/ venue at any given point of time. In such cases updated information will be provided to participants through the contact info shared by them. In case of event postponement there will be not be any refunds. In case of event cancellation refunds will be provided to participants.
• Use of other facilities at the venue unless specified by organizer or venue partner is not permitted.
• By registering to the event, you hereby agree to all the above terms and conditions.
