Tournament Rules & Details

  • The tournament will be conducted in accordance with BWF Laws, with modifications as decided by the organizers.
  • Please carry age proof certificate or School ID.
  •  Reporting time 20 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Only for SNN Raj Greenbay Residents. No outsiders allowed.

Shuttles

  • Open Singles & Doubles: Mavis 350 shuttles
  • Age Categories: Feather shuttles or Mavis 350 shuttles.

Tournament Format

  • The format (round robin or knockout) will be based on the total number of entries in each category.
  • "If a player or team fails to report on time, the opponent will be awarded a walkover win."


Game Format

  • Age Categories (Round Robin): Single set to 21 points
  • Open Singles & Doubles (Round Robin): Single set to 30 points
  • For age category semifinals and finals: Best of 3 sets,15 points each.
  • For open singles and doubles: Best of 3 sets, 21 points each.

Registration

  • Last date for registration: 27th October 2025
  • Entry Fee : Singles 300/- & Doubles 600/-
  • Entry fee will not be refundable.
  • Please make the payment via PhonePe or Google Pay to 9980362564.
  • Kindly mention your name and event category while making the payment.
  • Entries will be consider only after the payment.
