Note: Cash prizes won't be given if the entries are less than 15 Teams in a category trophies and Medal will be given

Rules & Regulations 

-Any open Tournament winners are not allowed to play this event, If found no refund and team will be disqualified

-Fixtures will be made by lucky draw basis from first round till semifinals

- Mavis 350 will be used 

- Minimum 12 teams to conduct the tournament per category 

- Only paid entries are allowed 

- Each team will get 3 to 4 matches in the pool

- Players must reach venue prior to their fixtures

- Opponent team will go to next level incase of your absence and registration amount will not be refunded 

- Umpire decision will be final 

- Umpires and organisers decisions will be Final

- Timing 10 am to 4 pm.

 -Registrations will be closed by 25th Sept 2021

COVID19 Precautions:

- The courts, centre premises, seating area, washrooms will be thoroughly sanitized prior to the start of the tournament.

- The doorknobs & other high frequent touchpoints will be sanitized periodically.

- Matches will be scheduled staggered to avoid crowding.

- All participants & others entering the centre will be temperature screened.

- Hand sanitisers & hand wash liquids will be available as usual.

- Players are advised to exercise their personal safety precautions, observe their symptoms, carry their own water and sweat wipes.
