Though the participating players are predominantly men. women can participate by themselves or forming a team with men.

A player can participate in more than 1 category of the competition subject meeting the age/gender criteria.

A quorum of 8 players is required to retain the competition.*Recommended age >14 years

Singles : Rs. 800 (for all competitions)

The last date & time to register is 04 PM Saturday 31 May 2026.

Registered Players till now:

Format of the tournament:

-The format of the competition is League followed by Knockout.

-All registered players/teams of a category are grouped in to 4 or 8 groups. (4 groups for≤16 participants & 8 groups for >16 participants). i.e. each group is of size maximum 4 players.

-A round-robin league within a group (of ≤4 players) and each group's top player will proceed to the Knock-Out Stage. i.e. either QF or SF.

-The league matches are played for a 21-point set (with golden point rule) & the knock-out matches are played for the best of three 15-point sets.

-Yonex Mavis 350 shuttles are played.

Rewards:

-The top 4 finishers of each category competition will be awarded with cash prizes(*T&C applicable) and trophies for the finalists

NOTE: There is no cash prize if the registrations per category is less than 16.

Cash prize unlocks at two levels, at 17 and 25 registrations.

At 17 - Rs. 6,000 per category and at 25 - Rs. 8,000 per category.

The total cash prize per pool is split among top 4 players at 50%, 30%, 10%, 10%.

A detailed schedule is shared by 10PM Sat 30 Mar 2026.

Fixtures & Schedule:

-Fixtures & Schedules will be shared by 10 PM on Sat 30 May 2026 over the registered email. Once published, the fixture & schedule cannot be changed at the player's request.

Important Notes:

-State/National Ranked players are not allowed to participate.

-Referees and the organizer's decision on matches scoring be final & binding.

-SWYNG reserves the right to modify the dates/format for reasons beyond their control and this will be duly communicated.

-SWYNG reserves the right to reject the registration of players with undesirable history including but not limited to willingly causing delays to the tournament, rogue behaviour, etc. Such rejected registrations will be refunded without citing any reason(s).

-SWYNG also reserves the right to modify/scrap a category/prize money depending on the participation count.

-Cancellations: A cancelation of registration can be done before the last

date/time of registration i.e. 04 PM Friday 30 May 2026 by text/call on 9108475471. Such cancelations are eligible for refunds after 10% cancelation charges. Please note payment gateways take 3-5 business days to credit the refunds.
