• Advanced players participating in Beginner or Intermediate categories without valid justification will be disqualified without a refund.

•For all the events, Full cash prize will be awarded if there are 18 or more entries.

• 50% cash prize will be awarded if there are 15 entries.

• Disqualification decisions will be made solely at the discretion of the organizers and will not be based on objections from teams or players.

• Players are requested to report at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match.

• Trophies will be awarded to all semi-finalists.

• Lunch will be provided.
