Details:

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Organizer Cancellation: A full refund will be issued only if a specific category is cancelled due to an insufficient number of entries.

Player Withdrawal: No refunds will be granted for player withdrawals, "no-shows," or any other personal reasons.

2. Liability Waiver

The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues sustained by players during the event. Participants play at their own risk.

3. Health & Fitness

By registering, players certify that they are in good health and medically fit to participate in the competition. 4.Entries & Eligibility 

Players may enter all events for which they are eligible.

Age proof is mandatory – original certificate must be shown to the Referee before the first match.

5.Draw & Format 

Organizers may re-draw an event if it is significantly imbalanced and matches have not yet begun. 

Group Stage (Round Robin): 

One game, first to 21 points (Golden Point at 20–20). If two or more players have equal wins, rankings decided by: 

a.  Game difference, games won - games lost .If this still leaves two players/pairs equal, the winner of the match between them will be ranked higher.

Semi-finals: One game to 21 points (Golden Point at 20–20)

Finals: Best of 3 games to 15 points (optional) or TBA

6.Conduct 

Players, coaches, and parents must maintain sportsmanlike behavior. 

No coaching while shuttle is in play. 

Misconduct may lead to warnings, point penalties, or disqualification.
