National/ State Ranking/Coaches/Professional players - Please excuse us for this Tournament.

All participants will be screened, organizer/ host has the right to deny participation.

League and Knockout basis.

All participants must be above the age of 18.

All the players are informed to wear non-marking shoes.

Registrations once done cannot be cancelled / transferred

Cash prize will be reduced if minimum required entries are not met in each

category.

Medals will be provided for Every Participants

Only online registrations are valid.

There is no on-spot registration.

Snacks will be on us.

 Register before 28th August 2019.

 All participants should report 30 mins before their match. Walk over given to opponent in case player doesn't show up 10 mins after scheduled time.

On the court, Umpire/ Referee decision is always final. Arguments with referee would lead to disqualification of the player/ team Repeat offenders

will be banned from all further Virinchi events. Company will not be held not responsible for loss of baggage at venue.

Company will not be held responsible for any player injuries caused at tournament.

We promote litter free environment. Please ensure you do not throw wrappers/ food containers / beverage cans @ premises.

In case of event cancellation or postponement, refund will be provided to players.

Players pics/ Videos may be used for marketing/ promotional purposes.
