Eligibility Criterion / Rules & Regulations: -

1) Dentist Alone shall take part in the Competition. No UG Dental Students allowed. DCI Registration Certificate mandatory for Registration 

2) Team Registration alone accepted. Seperate Registration for Each Team. Man / Woman Taking part in both (Same Gender Doubles / Mixed Gender Doubles) need to Register their Appropriate Teams separately with Appropriate Fees.

3) Age Proof Certificate (Aadhar / Driving License / Pan Card) Required for Registration.

4) IDA Members need to upload their current IDA Membership I'd Card (soft copy) during Registration.

5) Inappropriate Fees Payment shall lead to Invalid Registration.

6) Non-Marking shoes Mandatory in the Badminton Court.

8) Registration Confirmation only after due receipt of the Appropriate Payment in IDA Thiruvallur CUB Account.

9) Players are encouraged to keep social distancing in mind while playing and minimize physical or competitive contact. Please refrain from celebrating or hugging or any form of proximity between players e.g (after scoring a point, etc.). No spectators or accompanying persons will be allowed and intermingling of members of different groups is prohibited with in the SPORTS ACADEMY CAMPUS. 

10) Face masks are to be used while going in and out of the venue but can be lowered once engaged in sporting activities. Equipment should be touched only by those in your group and should be sanitized regularly.

11)Players must bring their personal water-filled bottle, towels and other non-sharable equipment.

12) Do not enter the hall If you are experiencing, or have you experienced, any of the following symptom: 

-Fever | Cough | Fatigue | Shortness of breath | Loss of smell | Loss of taste | Sore throat

- If you have been in contact with anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or if you live with anyone who’s under home-quarantine orders.

13) The Tournament Organizing Committee shall conduct regular and random inspections to ensure compliance, hence requesting all members to strictly adhere the above rules.

14) All guidelines are subjected to change and the same shall be updated accordingly. CUT OFF DATE FOR REGISTRATION - 10/10/2022

15) TOC (Tournament Organizing Committee) has full right to take disciplinary action, if any of the Players found violating the above rules

*Once you submit your Registration Form, the Tournament Organising Committee shall revert with regard to confirmation of your Team Registration & Time Slot for the Games*

1) IDA Thiruvallur Branch Members Team under Blanket Activity: - Rs 500/-

2) IDA Thiruvallur District Branch Team Not under Blanket Activity: - Rs 750/-

3) (Other) IDA Team: - Rs 1000/-

4) Non-IDA Dentist Team: - Rs 1500/-
