Eligibility Criteria / Rules & Regulations

• Only Dentists / Interns are permitted. UG dental students are not allowed.

• DCI Registration Certificate / College ID (for Interns) is Mandatory.

• Only Team Registrations are accepted. Separate registration for each team.

• Players participating in multiple categories must register separately with applicable fees.

• Age proof (Aadhar / Driving License / PAN Card) mandatory.

• IDA members must upload current IDA Membership ID card (soft copy).

• Incorrect fee payment will result in invalid registration.

• Non-marking shoes are Mandatory inside the badminton court.

• Registration strictly through the provided online link.

• Registration confirmation only after receipt of appropriate payment.

• No cash prize for categories with 6 or fewer teams; Trophies/Medals/certificates will be awarded.

• Each Category should have Minimum 7 Entries to be eligible for CASH PRIZE Competition.

• A Player can take part in 2 Categories [same Gender & Mixed Doubles] provided he or she registers separately for Each.

• If there is a mix in the Team with regard to Age Category, then the Team needs to be registered for Competition in the Lower Age Category & definitely NOT in the Upper Age Category.

• Players must bring personal water bottle, towels, and non-sharable equipment.

• Tournament Organising Committee (TOC) may conduct inspections to ensure compliance.

• All guidelines are subject to change and updates.

• TOC reserves full rights for disciplinary action in case of violations.

• Other Branch IDA Team : ■2,000/-

• Non-IDA Dentist / Intern Team : ■2,500/-
