FIRST TIME WE JAI SPORTY HUB AND SALEM BNI APEX organizing this event .10 different activities at one roof. we request to participate .and have lot of games, fun, network, built relationships. thank you , details as follows.

Rules :

1.    Entry Fee Rs 500, For 1st Game, Rs 200+ Each Additional Games.

2.    Maximum Of 4 Games Allowed Per Participant.

3.    Avail 25 % Off Early Bird On Registering Before 29.8.2022.

4.    Pre-Registration Closes On Or Before 1.9.2022 ( No Spot Entries )

5.    Entries Accepted Through Whatsapp/G.Pay Number 9944929916 or

 Through Sports Coordinator’s or By Person @Jai Sporty Hub. Needed Details

6.    August 21st,28th Sunday 10 Am To 12 Noon Club Is Will Be Open For Pre-Registration

 & Registered Participants Can Practice that Particular Games.

7.    Proper Costumes And Needed Sports Kit Has To Be Brought By Players

8.    A Minimum 8 Members Required To Organize An Event

9.    Trophies For 1st 2nd 3rd Place Winners

10. Tournament timings will be intimated on 3.9.22 6pm. Report 15mins before that

11. Snacks And Lunch Will Be Provided

12. Committee Decision Is Finial In All Matters .


PEOPLE REGISTERING MORE THAN ONE GAME WILL HAVE A MONEY BACK AT VENUE, SINCE WE HAVE LIMITATIONS IN SOFTWARE, WE COULD NOT DO THAT. THANKS FOR UNDER STANDING .


GAME PATTERNS

1.    Badminton Singles And Doubles

Fixtures Will Be Lots A Day Before , 1st Round 30 Pts Knock Out Matches, From 2nd Round 21pts. Rally Points. Only Non-Marking Shoes Are Allowed, Mavis 350 Shuttle Will Be Used. For doubles each play have to register separately with their partners name.

2.    Table Tennis Singles

Fixtures Will Be Lots A Day Before , 21 Pts(5,5,5,5) Knock Out Matches For 1st Round

3.    Snooker And Pool Table  Singles

Fixtures Will Be Lots A Day Before ,1st Round Will Be Played For 7 Reds , From 2nd Round 9reds

From Semi Full Snooker And 8 Ball In Pool Table.

4.    Swimming

Free Style , In 10 Mins Maximum Lap Will Be Counted, Compulsory Hand Or Leg Should Touch Either 10mts Wall. Proper Swimming Dress Is Must .

5.    Chess

Will Be Organized By LICHESS Platform In Online , Mobile App Or Laptop Has To Be Brought By Players, Initial Time 7 Mins With 3sec For Each Move . ( 7 Rounds* )

6.    Dart

Sum Of 3 Throws , (2 Times) Best Will Be Taken .

Bring Your Own Arrows For Better Throw.

7.    Singing

Solo, With Or With Out Karaoke . Max 3 Minutes

8.    Carrom

Singles , Best Of 4 Boards , Touch Game , No Thumbing.
