Tournament Details

1. Please send the below details to register 

   * Name, Gender, DOB, Tennis Academy name

2. Age criteria for U12 category - boys and girls born on or after 1.1.2008

3. Kindly bring an age proof document on the tournament day (school id/aadhaar/birth certificate etc).

5. All matches are KNOCK-OUT matches.

6. 1 point deuce system will be followed. Players should re-serve when the ball touches the net and falls on the correct side while serving.

7. For preliminary rounds, players will play best of 11 games. For semi-finals and finals, 1 set.

8. Trophies and certificates will be awarded to Winner and Runner Up, semi-finalists. Medals and certificates will be given to quarter-finalists.

9. All other participants will get a participation certificate and a participation prize.

10. Registration fees once paid will not be refunded. In case of rain or any unforeseen circumstances, the tournament will be conducted at a later date.

12. Tentative start time of the tournament is 8:00 am and would go on till late evening. However we will publish specific time slots for each and every match a day or two before the tournament day. 

13. The players need to be present at the court 15 minutes before the start of their matches.
