1. Eligibility & Proof

Participation restricted to listed age categories only.

Original Age Proof (Aadhar / Passport / Birth Certificate / School ID) must be shown at reporting desk.

Any age fraud leads to immediate disqualification and ban from future events.

2. Registration Rules

Entries close once slots are filled; first-come-first-serve basis.

Entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Organizers reserve rights to reject any entry without explanation.

3. Tournament Format

Matches will follow BWF rules, except for modified point system.

Knockout format – no league stage.

Referee’s decision is final & binding.

Warm-up time: 2 minutes maximum before each match.

4. Reporting & Walkovers

Players must report 30 minutes before scheduled match.

Absence beyond 15 minutes of announcement will result in a walkover.

Organizers will not be responsible for missed matches.

5. Attire & Equipment

Players must wear proper badminton attire with non-marking shoes.

Racquets must be brought by players; only shuttles will be provided.

6. Code of Conduct

Strictly maintain sportsmanship & discipline.

Misbehavior/abuse towards referees, players, or officials will lead to disqualification.

Only players & officials are allowed inside court area; parents/guardians to remain in viewing zones.

7. Medical & Safety

Basic first aid will be available.

Players participate at their own risk.

Organizers will not be liable for injury, illness, accident, theft, or loss.

8. Media & Promotions

By participating, players/guardians consent to use of photos/videos/names for event promotions & social media.

No separate consent will be sought.

9. Prizes

Prizes/trophies may be modified at organizers’ discretion in case of insufficient entries.

10. Appeals

Any dispute must be submitted in writing within 15 minutes of match completion with a protest fee.

Decisions of Tournament Referee/Committee are final.

11. Cancellation/Postponement

Organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel event due to unforeseen reasons (government restrictions, natural calamities, etc.).

In such cases, entries may be carried forward; no refunds will be given.

12. Liability Waiver

Registration implies acceptance of all terms.

ROVERS hold no liability for any personal loss or injury.
