Official Rules & Regulations


1. Participation & Eligibility

Corporate & Institution: This tournament is exclusively for working

corporate employees and Students ( age 18 & Above).

Mandatory ID: Every participant must present their original Company

or Institution ID Card at the registration desk for verification.

Verification: If a participant cannot provide a valid corporate ID, they

will be disqualified, and the entry fee will not be refunded.



2. Equipment & Footwear

Footwear:Non-marking shoes are strictly mandatory. Players wearing

running shoes or marking soles will not be permitted on the court.

Shuttles: Tournament-grade nylon shuttles will be provided by the

organizers.

Rackets: Participants must bring their own rackets.


3. Reporting & Timing

Arrival: Players must report at the venue at least 30 minutes before

their scheduled match time.

Walkovers: If a player or team is not present within 10 minutes of their

match being called, a walkover will be awarded to the opponent


4. General Conduct

Umpiring: The umpire’s decision is final. Any argument with officials

may lead to immediate disqualification.


Medical: While basic first aid will be available at the venue, the

organizers are not responsible for any major injuries or health issues

sustained during the event.


Prizes: Winners and Runners-up will be awarded trophies and exciting

prizes at the conclusion of the event.
