Champions of Champions | No Gender | No Age Limit

Instructions:

General category: should display minimum of 3 positions for 15sec and can select from any of the following: Forward, Backward, Twisting. You can select only one from asanas from each category.

Champion of Champion: should have display minimum of 5 positions for 15sec from the following: Forward, Backward, Twisting, Leg Balance, Hand Balance. You can select only one from asanas from each category.

Event & Reporting Time

LKG to 4th event starts at 10:00AM

others the event will start at 11:30AM

Report 30Min Before the Event.

Prizes and Rewards:

General Category top 5 places will get Trophy

All Participants will get a Medal & Certificate.

Champion Category Top 3 Winners will get Trophy 

All Participants will get a Trophy

Dress Code: Full Track pants and a Round-Neck T-shirt
