RULES - 1. Eligibility

• Open to all
• Players must register in advance; no on-spot entries allowed.

2. Match Format

• Knockout format.
• Each match will be of 15 points .
• Rally point scoring system will be used.

3. Rules of Play

• Standard BWF (Badminton World Federation) rules apply.
• Toss will decide serve or side.
• Players must arrive 15 minutes before match time; walkover will be given after 5-minute delay.
• No coaching during games.

4. Equipment

• Players must use non-marking shoes.
• Bring your own rackets.
• mavis - 350 Shuttles will be provided by the organizer.

5. Code of Conduct

• Any misconduct, abuse, or arguments with referees may lead to disqualification.
• Respect towards officials, opponents, and audience is mandatory.
• Unsportsmanlike behavior = warning → point penalty → disqualification.

6. Attire

• Only sportswear or badminton kits allowed.
• No jeans, slippers, or school uniforms during play.

7. Refereeing & Decisions

• The decision of the umpire/referee is final.
• No protests will be entertained post-match.

8. Medical & Safety

• First aid will be available at the venue.
• Organizers are not responsible for any injuries or lost belongings.

9. Prizes & Certificates

• Winners and runners-up will receive trophies and certificates.
