Dress Code: Full track pants and round-neck T-shirt.
Any three asanas (Forward, Backward & Twist – each held for 10 seconds) must be demonstrated.
Special category participants may choose their own asanas as specified.
Judges' decision will be final.
Organizing committee reserves the right to modify rules if required.
Entry fee is non-refundable.
KGs (No Gender): Top 5 winners will receive Trophy, Medal & Certificate.
