Greetings from Vishwa Vidyapeeth group of schools..!!

On behalf of VVP we welcome you all for CISE Regional Badminton tournament for girls - 2023.

Below mentioned details FYI,

✓ Kindly check the fixtures and report 1hr before to scheduled timings.

✓ For team event once you reach the venue, report to the referee desk and ensure that your school name and all documents are verified.

✓ Nomination form will be given to team manager - once you fill the form submit the same to referee.

Ensure that verified names are written in the nomination form.

✓ If any school if not verified - the same school will be taken out of the event under the guidance of CISCE.

✓ Along with players only one team manager will be allowed inside the field of play.

✓ Lunch and snacks will be provided. (OUTSIDE FOOD STRICTLY PROHIBITED)

✓ Parking of bikes and cars will be allowed inside the school campus and the school buses are not allowed to park inside the campus.

✓ There is no changes in the fixtures

✓ Inaugural program will be sharp at 9:00am.

✓ If players do not report on time walkover will be declared for the opposite team.

✓ Scoring system

15 best of 3 with extension till 21 points, for team event & individual event.

Semi finals & Finals will be played for 21 best of 3 with extension.

NOTE: AS SCHOOL IS FUNCTIONING REGULARLY, LOITERING IN & AROUND THE CAMPUS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

KINDLY MAINTAIN THE DECORUM AT ALL TIMES.
