Tournament Details

GENERAL RULES AND GUIDELINES

1. The principal is requested to ensure the accuracy of the details of each participant, like full name, Date of birth etc. as entered in the school records.
2. The participating schools must confirm that their entry forms have reached the host school before the due date.25.01.2024.
3. Filled entry forms to be send to sports.cbe@csacademy.in
4. Players should be in proper dress code.
5. The decision of the Referees / Judges shall stand final and cannot be changed.
6. All the entry forms should be signed by the Principal and the Physical Education teacher.
7. All teams should report 30 minutes prior to the match time, accompanied by the team manager/ coach.
8. FIVB rules will be followed.
9. Number of players 6+6 substitutions.
10. A match consists of the best of 3 sets of 25 points (Rally system).
11. Deciding set will be played for 15 points.
12. Rotation system will be followed for all categories.
13. Under-14 Net Height will be 2.24 Meters. For (Boys and Girls)
14. Match will be conducted in knock out basis.

MANDATORY IDENTY PROOF

1. The participating schools must send their original entry forms, photocopy of any one of the proofs.
2. ID Proof – Bonafide certificate, School ID card.
3. Age Proof – Birth certificate / Adhar card / Passport.

DISQUALIFICATION:

1. A player team may be disqualified for the following reasons. / Submission of incorrect or falsified document. Misbehavior at the school premises. / Misbehavior with the officials/Opponents.
2. Use of abusive language. Indiscipline at the place of stay.
3. Any violation of rules and regulations governing sports and games competitions as laid down by FIVB.

AWARDS

1. Winners, Runners- up and Third and Fourth position will receive team trophies, medals and merit certificates.
