Tournament Details

RULES:-

● Games will be conducted on wooden courts. Non Marking shoes are mandatory.

● Players should be a member of IMA, should produce IMA certificate copy, certificate issued by local branch secretary with copy of receipt, age proof for veterans.

● Only IMA Members are eligible to play in men’s events .

● Ladies event is for the IMA members and non-doctor spouses of IMA Members .

● In mixed doubles, the female player should be a Doctor or spouse of an IMA Member.

● For open event Doubles, partners should be from the same IMA branch.

● A player can only participate in any 2 events apart from mixed doubles.

● There should be a minimum of 8 entries for singles and 6 entries for doubles, if not the event will be considered as void.

● Players should produce proof of age in advance.

● In doubles events, names of the partners should be mentioned while giving entries.

● Players should report in time.

● Walkover will be given if there is delay in reporting after a match is called.

● Not more than a 10 minutes gap will be given to a player who is participating in more than one event after each match.

● Organizing committee's decision will be final in case of any disputes.
