*Friendship Pickleball Tournament 3.0*

Rules, Regulations & Player Info

*General Rules*

1. Format: The tournament will follow a round-robin or knockout format (based on total entries). Match fixtures and brackets will be shared prior to the event.

2. Team Composition: Matches will be played in doubles format unless specified otherwise.

3. Scoring:

• Games will be played to 11 points, win by 2.

4. Rules: Standard USA Pickleball rules apply unless explicitly modified for the tournament.

5. Fair Play: Any form of unsportsmanlike conduct may lead to disqualification at the organizers’ discretion.

6. Line Calls: Players are expected to call lines honestly. In case of disputes, a referee or neutral observer (if available) may make the final call.

*Equipment*

• Bring Your Own Paddle – We won’t be providing paddles.

• Game balls will be provided by the organizers.

*Attire*

• Comfortable sportswear is recommended due to indoor humidity.

*Venue Note*

• Indoor Court, But Humid:

Even though we’re playing indoors, the space can get quite humid. Please stay hydrated.

*Refreshments*

Each participant will receive:

• 1 Gatorade bottle

• 1 Snickers bar

You’re encouraged to bring additional water or electrolytes to stay fueled and fresh throughout the day.

*Check-in & Timing*

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled match time.

• Failure to show up within 5 minutes of your scheduled match may result in a walkover.

*Spirit of the Tournament*

This is a friendly, community-driven tournament. While competition is welcome, our primary goal is to have fun and celebrate the game we all enjoy. Let’s cheer for each other and create good vibes all around!
