TOURNAMENT FORMAT

• Knockout
• Categories:
• Men’s Singles
• Women’s Singles
• Men’s Doubles
• Women’s Doubles

MATCH RULES

• Matches played up to 21 points (rally scoring)
• Minimum lead of 2 points required to win
• Maximum cap at 30 points
• Time limit: 30 minutes per match
• If time ends → higher score wins

REPORTING & TIMING

• Players must report 30 minutes before match
• Max delay allowed: 10 minutes
• Late arrival = Walkover

PLAYER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid ID compulsory
• Proper sports attire mandatory
• Doubles teams cannot be changed

PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Bring your own water bottle (mandatory)
• Players must carry their own rackets
• Personal items (towel, grip, etc.) must be self-managed
• No sharing of personal items on court

GAME DISCIPLINE

• Warm-up: 2–3 minutes only
• Continuous play expected
• No unnecessary delays

CONDUCT

• Fair play is mandatory
• No abusive language / aggression
• Misconduct may lead to disqualification

COURT RULES

• Only players allowed on court
• Follow referee instructions strictly
• Shuttle policy: (Organizer provided / Own shuttle — specify)

MATCH STRUCTURE

• Singles and doubles will be conducted separately (no overlap)
• Matches will follow the official schedule strictly

DECISIONS

• Referee/Organizer decision is final
• No disputes entertained after result declaration

DISQUALIFICATION

• Late reporting
• Misconduct
• Rule violation
• False information / incorrect entry

AWARDS

• Winners & Runners-up in all categories
• Awards distributed on the final day

ORGANIZER RIGHTS

• Right to modify schedule if required
• Authority to take final decisions in any situation

NO REFUND POLICY

• Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
• No refund for:
• Player withdrawal
• Injury / personal reasons
• Late arrival / no-show
• Disqualification
• In case of:
• Match rescheduling
• Event delay
• Fees will not be refunded
