Shuttle: Yonex Mavis 350 nylon

Format: Knockouts

Scoring:

▪️ 30-point single set till semis-finals

▪️ 21-point best of 3 sets for finals.

No extension after 21 points.

✅ Players turning 30 or 35 by Dec 31, 2025, are eligible.

📄 Valid age proof mandatory for age categories.

🏆 CASH PRIZES

Singles: ₹2,000 (Winner) | ₹1,000 (Runner-Up)

Doubles: ₹3,000 (Winners) | ₹1,500 (Runners-Up)

🏅 Trophies for Top 2 | Medals for Semifinalists

📌 Cash Prize Eligibility:

16+ entries: 100%

12–15 entries: 50%

<12 entries: No cash prize

EXCLUSIVE AWARDS FOR CORPORATE PLAYERS

• Trophies for Top 2 corporate players in each category.
• Minimum 1 match win required for eligibility.
• In case of tie between two players, winners announced on points basis.
• If a corporate player wins the event, they get only 1 trophy (not two)

Company name to be added during registration and employment proofs are provided before the event to be eligible.

Shuttleboi Badiwars Season Pass Holders (from any city) get free entry. This event will be considered for their participation quota. No ranking points given.

❗ Pass holders are NOT eligible for cash prizes.

📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1️⃣ Registration fee is non-refundable & non-transferable

2️⃣ Fixtures released 24 hours before the event

3️⃣ Online entries only – No cash/spot entries

4️⃣ Do NOT make UPI/personal payments – only via official ticketing links

5️⃣ 20 min grace period allowed for matches – beyond that, walkover is granted

6️⃣ This is an independent event – players with BAI/State IDs play at their own discretion

7️⃣ State/National/Ex-International players & coaches are welcome

8️⃣ Organisers may evict/disqualify players for misconduct/violence

9️⃣ Players must maintain discipline on and off the court

🔟 Photos & clips from the event will be used for marketing/promotions

1️⃣1️⃣ Event date/venue may change with 72-hour notice if required

1️⃣2️⃣ In case of full cancellation, refunds will be issued
