Tournament Details

Players who enter the tournament deemed agree to its conditions, rules, and regulations. Organisers are not responsible for any injuries that occur during participation. Participants attend at their own risk and care. Players indemnify organisers against all claims except for willful negligence. Medical costs must be borne by the player or their Member Association.

Other conditions:

·       Players must behave sportsman-like and respect opponents and officials. The referee's decision is final in case of complaints.

·       Aggressive conduct leads to forfeiture and ejection from the tournament.

·       Players might be asked to umpire, or line-judge matches.

·       Appropriate badminton attire and non-marking shoes are mandatory. Non-compliance risks disqualification.

·       Entry fees are non-refundable except for allowed withdrawals or event cancellations by organisers.

·       Organisers may change conditions due to unforeseeable circumstances. Their decision is final in disputes.

Rules & Regulations:

·       The tournament follows BWF Laws with possible modifications by organisers.

Registrations will close on 13th August and the Draws will be shared on 15th August, including only confirmed payments before the cut-off date.
