RULES & REGULATIONS
• Dress Code: Full track pants and a round-neck T-shirt.
• Any three asanas (forward, backward, and twist each held for 10
seconds) must be demonstrated.
. Special categories can choose their own asanas, as mentioned
above each asana.
• The judge's decision will be final, and the organizing committee
reserves the right to change the rules and regulations for the
competition.
•Prizes will be awarded separately for boys and girls in each
category.
• The entry fee is non-refundable.
• Reporting time for the special category is 12.00pm.
• Prize distribution will be at 3:00 PM for all categories.
